2007 NFL Pick-em: Week 17

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas.
May all your picks be correct this week.

Saturday:
New England at New York Giants

Will we see (or hear about, see below) history or will the Giants spoil perfection?
Basically, every other game is going to mean nothing compared to Saturday's game (No offense to any fans of teams still fighting for the playoffs).
P.S. thank you NFL Network and Cable companies for keeping a majority of us from watching a possibly historic game.

Sunday:
Seattle at Atlanta
Pittsburgh at Baltimore
Dallas at Washington
Carolina at Tampa Bay
Buffalo at Philadelphia
New Orleans at Chicago
San Francisco at Cleveland
Detroit at Green Bay
Jacksonville at Houston
Tennessee at Indianapolis
Cincinnati at Miami
San Diego at Oakland
Minnesota at Denver
St. Louis at Arizona
Kansas City at New York Jets

They should have done that for all the games.
The NFL's arrogance will hurt them in the long run. They should have known that a majority of Americans do not get the NFL network and should have dealt with someone else but they thought they could bully the other cable companies to play ball with them because their product is so popuar. Popularity does not equate to infaliibility. They keep it up and they will find their numbers down significantly

Re: 2007 NFL Pick-em: Week 17

These are the only two games I care to pick:

San Francisco at Cleveland - Derek Anderson with 6 picks before halftime. Crennel will still be too much of a coward to put Brady Quinn in. Boycott the game!

Tennessee at Indianapolis - Jim Sorgi does not instill much confidence.

Ding ding ding! Give that man a prize - he was right on the money!

What a worthless waste of an NFL paycheck. If Manning went down, the Colts would be HOSED. I'd make signing a real backup QB a priority in the offseason. Otherwise, the Colts are playing with fire.

Thanks for nothing, Indy.

The sheer quantity of teams who rest players in Week 17 bothers me greatly. I'm sure the fans paying lots of money to see the game live are thrilled watching their team's 5th string running back by the 2nd quarter. This is EXACTLY why I'll never participate in an *important* fantasy league that has its Super Bowl in Week 17.

At least Tom Coughlin and the Giants had some chutzpah...kudos to them.
