Questions regarding lane divider

Hey everyone, just some quick questions about the lane divider.

1) Are you allowed to go through the lane divider?
2) If the answer to question 1 is yes, in Hybrid mode do you score 4 points for crossing the lane marker if you go through the lane divider?

Thanks for your help.

The lane divider is made of steel and plastic.

The lane divider is described in the manual as this:

Quote:
The LANE DIVIDER is six feet tall and approximately 27 feet long. It is constructed of 1-1/2 inch O.D. steel pipe and connecting hardware, forming railing panels. The openings in the railing panels are filled with clear plastic to prevent portions of ROBOTS from inadvertently passing through the structure.
So, it is clearly impossible to go through the lane divider, since it is filled with plastic.
