LINKING ERRORS!!!
Hey guys, when we compile our code in EasyC, we get a linking error and the error says: Error- section '.code_u2open.o' can not fit the section. Section '.code_u2open.o' length=0x00000064. We're dividing with floats and that seems to be the problem because it works with ints. Any ideas???

Re: LINKING ERRORS!!!
You've run out of Program Memory on the controller.

Re: LINKING ERRORS!!!
If you need those decimals, you could just scale them up by a few factors of ten so you can use ints, divide, then scale it back down.
It'll be faster too. |

Re: LINKING ERRORS!!!
Scale up by factors of 2. Then you can use << instead of *. It's a heck of a lot quicker. You still have to divide unless you're using unsigned ints, however.
