2007 radio not working
We are trying to drive our 2007 robot with the 2007 radios.
When untethered the radios are not connecting to one another. FIRST did a radio update on the RC radio but not on the OI radio when we did our first regional. Could that update have made it so the radios don’t work together? Any clue how we can get them working? |

First, check that no other radios are plugged in anywhere near by. Second, verify the light status on both radios (let us know what they say) is OK. Last, check that the antennas are not near or touching metal.

Problem solved. Turns out they had the wrong power supply to the OI that only supplied 200ma instead for the 1500ma, so it was under powered.
Would work tether of course since it got its power from the robot, but wouldn't work with the wrong power supply. |
