broken ir input
the ir sensor thinks that button #1 is pressed when it isnt we have tried switching remotes and switching inputs is anyone else having a similiar problem???

Post a bit of your code. The IR sensors sends a 1 instead of a 0 when it is lit unlike a lot of other sensors.

If your other IR inputs are working then I'd suspect a bad connection for IR digital output 1.
Since you've tried moving it to different RC input pins, maybe it's one end or the other of the ribbon connector. Does the battery you are using power both the RC and the IR board?
