Re: "Play Day" in Baltimore-Feb. 16

A big thank you to the "Ro-team"- Rob Thate at NASA-Goddard, Ron Hoge at Poly and Ron Karpinski the FTA for creating the opportunity; to all the volunteers; and to the team who helped with set up and the teams who stayed for tear down.

This event was not a scrimmage, but a chance for the robots to run on the field. No official reffing, but lots of opportunities to ask questions. No official scoring. Lots of robots headed home to make changes based on what they learned. Lots of variety in designs.

Maryland's governor arrived about noon and drove the Team 768 robot. His press secretary said "This is incredible!"
