Skinning in Animation
Hello forum,
I've been trying to make my robot's arm move (in the animation). I've been trying to use bones, but that hasn't been working. I attached a picture of it, help please? |

Re: Skinning in Animation
If your arm is made up of several objects you can move the pivot points of them and link them together. Or apply IK joints directly to them.
The Bone tools have to be used along side the skin modifier. Then from there you need to adjust the weight of the vertices's. The way you have your arm set up, You don't even need the skin modifier, just link the objects to the bones. |
