importing COM objects
I hope I am posting in the right section,
I imported a COM server in the form of a .DLL file. The object is visible in the code, but its not visible in the 'Tools Palette'. Can a COM object be visible in the Tools Palette' as an object so that you can manipulate it with the events? Thanks. |

Re: importing COM objects
This forum is actually for participants in the FIRST Robotics Competition. ChiefDelphi refers to the name and sponsor of one of those teams, not to the Delphi programming language.
As for the question about Delphi, unfortunately, I don't quite remember the procedure for adding items to the tools palette. If I recall correctly, there was a menu option for managing palettes, where you could choose which objects and pages were visible there. I suspect that it's also how you would designate another object for inclusion. |
