Opening kevin's code as a project

Hi, I downloaded kevin's code and I'm trying to open kevin's code as a project in MPLAB, but when I choose on the ifi_frc.mcp file no files open up and the screen remains blank. None of the files show in the file branch window. In addition if I were to try the build all option the option is not available. I tried making a new project, but it cant file the C18 toolsuite. I've been able to compile our other programs, but I guess I've never had to make a new project.

Help would be much appreciated!
