Robot Controller Question (team 585)

We finished our robot with no problems... until now. We weren't thinking, and didn't check the ruling on the robot controller positon. As per rule R72, we must have our robot controller visible from the front... ours is positioned in the back. Here are some pictures with our problem:

We were thinking of using reflective chrome to act as a rear view mirror. Do you thing the judges would mind about this configuration, or should we go with our idea or change around the set up?

Re: Robot Controller Question (team 585)

Reflective surfaces, rear view mirrors, etc. are not going to cut it.

Either find a way to turn the Robot Controller around, or just turn your robot around.

Dave, better get this onto Q&A pronto--this is the third or fourth team with the same question. It hasn't been answered; if it has been asked, it should be answered (officially) as soon as possible.

Re: Robot Controller Question (team 585)

If the end with the Toughboxes is the front, yes. If not, 180 degree rotation around a vertical axis is required. RC or robot, doesn't matter, just has to be done.
