Use of FRC Logo in web banners/Blogs

I would like to create a First Robotics Competition stamp for my deviant Art journal using the FRC logo. 'Stamps' are little images that you put at the bottom of your journal to show your support for various things. The problem is, I will need to upload it to my dA gallery, and that could be considered a copyright violation. I would guess that it would fall under fair use, but considering that I represent my team and FRC, I would like to avoid legal gray areas.

My question is:

Are there any provisions for online use of the FRC logo for the purpose of promoting FRC by individual team members? And if there is no document expressly granting permission, who would I need to contact to gain permission to use the logo?

Why don't you take a look at the full logo and style guidelines? If you want a shorter version, there is a shorter version. After that, if you still have questions, you would need to contact FIRST HQ for info.
