Go to Post Titanium is almost twice as heavy as aluminum. I can have the bragging aspect of making a bullet resistant robot, but if someone is coming into a competition and shooting my robot, I have more important things to worry about! - Andrew Blair [more]

Built On Brains 2008

Here is a video of BOB for 2008. The First couple of shots are with a psi over 60, which we obviously got to work under 60psi. We attended St. Louis and are going to attend West Michigan and Championships.
Edit: Video is on youtube.

That's just the one time on video, although we really try to avoid it, those lights have probably been hit by a robot or projectile every year since 2004. Amazingly rugged....

Good video Josh, I'll try to post a still picture sometime soon, for those who're looking for it.

Re: Built On Brains 2008

I really liked that you used motor not like other team i have seen who used pneomtic shooters but if you would add some raising systim you could get more points by put the ball on the overpass at the end of the game..
