Doing Dean's Homework in LA-NPR covered team 842

NPR did a short interview at the LA regional where we took our girls from our team. It was pretty good.

Fantastic coverage, 842 never fails to amaze me with going above and beyond with Dean's Homework. I don't think NPR tops playing a Movie Trailer at cinemas but you guys set the bar so high !

Did he say that they were going to start filming a movie about the team? Any more information about this?

Re: Doing Dean's Homework in LA-NPR covered team 842

WB sold the project to MGM and Salma Hayeck's production company is working with John Wells on it. The original script was scrapped and two new writers wrote a new screenplay just as the writer's strike began. Right now they are still rewriting. We (all 25 of us) went to their house Easter Sunday morning. We all felt like such Hollywood insiders!

Salma Hayeck wants to "fast track" the movie and make it soon. We'll see.

If all goes well, they may start filming this summer.
