I was the Field Supv. at Chesapeake. The AmeriCorps crew supported me on the field with reset, repairs and maintaining the general condition of the field (amoung other positions they filled around the event). They were an AWSOME group of young men and women to work with! They worked very hard all day long, Wedneday through Saturday, making my job much easier. They were very polite and had a wonderful can-do attitude. They were excellent role models and exhibited Gracious Professionalsim all day long, every day. I hope one of their teams comes to help again next year!

Deadlines are rapidly approaching for the AmeriCorps-NCCC grants. All the RD's have gotten the background information. If anyone involved in recruiting volunteers for the FRC Regionals wants more information, to work with the RD's, feel free to pm me with your email address.
