Question HELP ME!!!

I'm filling out Forms SS-4 and 1023 for the new team. For years I've been application-challenged, and just looking at the 1023 is very deterring. Anyway, I'd like some help with a few things, wondering if anybody would like to help me out. Please. I'm begging you. I'll be working on it almost all night, so just drop me an IM or call me (Skype).

Re: HELP ME!!!

I could still use the help. Email's the best contact. You can also use nwlrobotics@gmail.com or call (440) 540 - 4952 and leave a message.

Re: HELP ME!!!

I have yet to attempt this daunting task - I've been told it's best to try to get a tax expert to help.

Here's a website that might be helpful:

http://form1023help.com/

I know that there are some teams that have created 501 (c)(3) organizations for their robotics programs. Perhaps they'll chime in and we can both learn from them!

Last year's National Chairman's Award winner prepared a PowerPoint on getting 501 (c)(3) for FIRST teams. The link can be found in this website:
