Vex and lab view

Team 1086 was wondering if there was any way you could program an VEX system with Lab View.

Thanks in advance!

Nope, you can't -- internally, the Vex controller is almost identical to the IFI controller. There's a special version of the Vex code that you can ask IFI that allows you to use LabVIEW to make a "dashboard" similar to what you'd make for an IFI controller, but that's it.

Re: Vex and lab view

Not really.

While technically, it is possible to use the LV for Embedded package to target new platforms, this is not something I'd encourage in this case. It will of course be possible to target the newly announced FTC controller with the standard LV8.5 package.
