Who are you mentoring this year?
Just curious to see what teams your team mentored this past year and who you will be mentoring this upcoming year.
How do you plan on helping them along this year and what do they want to improve on (if they are a second year team) Please note the team number and location and this is hopefully going to be made into a short tip guide for mentoring teams and mentored teams.

This year- I was a student, pit boss, welder, team rep for the judges for Team TRX 145
Next year- I hope to mentor for Team 1902 (Exploding Bacon). I'm going to try to help all I can. I have only spoken to a couple people and I really need to get to know the team first.
