Camera Calibration

I'm a little confused about Camera Calibration and Labview. Using Vision Assistant, I can't grab pictures from the camera, which is connected through ethernet to the computer. I'm not sure if this is the right way to go a about doing this, but I would expect to take a picture of a color with the camera and save it and use it in labview. How do I do this?

Re: Camera Calibration

click aquire images in the upper right hand corner. then on the left lower scroll down to axis ip cam (should be the last one) then there is a play button. click it to start vision. when you have the picture you want release it and click the last button on the right side to capture image. then click process images and save them

How are you trying to do it, and what happens when you try?

You will need to make sure the IP address and subnet mask of your computer are compatible with the 192.168.0.90 IP address of the camera. We typically use 192.168.0.6/255.255.0.0 on our laptop when running the Vision Assistant.
