can we replace the joystick with a steering?

i guess if we can replace the joystick with a steering(usb) like this one in the picture?? is there any rule prevent it?

No rule preventing it. Make sure it is MIcrosoft HID compliant or it will not work. (that or you will have to build a custom interface)
