Controlling Extra motors

I need help with controlling an extra motor. I would like to know how to setup a 3rd motor to be controlled by buttons on one of the Attack 3 controllers supplied in the kit. I have tried everything I can think of but nothing works.

Re: Controlling Extra motors

We need a bit more information to help you. When the button is pressed, what do you want the motor do? Also, are you using Labview or Windriver?

Please describe in more detail what you have tried so far.

Re: Controlling Extra motors

Here's an example I created for students with your same question.

http://www.filedropper.com/thirdmotorbuttoncontrolled

It opens a new motor (connected to PWM channel 3) and uses button 1 to control it.
