Connecting to the cRIO

Right now, we are downloading code to our robot through the connections as described in the Control Systems Manual. We are able to transmit the code from the computer wired to the DS, which is wired to the router, and connecting the wireless bridge to port 1 of the cRIO.

Is it possible to communicate from the laptop to the router wirelessly, or do we have to have a hard connection as described above?

This is not for the competition; this is only for our own purposes.

Re: Connecting to the cRIO

As long as your laptop is capable of connecting to the 802.11n router, you should be fine. Having the 10.x.y.6 IP address is still necessary if you want to receive Dashboard data.
