Height of Vision Target on Trailers

Offhand, does anyone know the height of the vision target on the trailers?

I don't have easy access to it right now, and I'm trying to do some calculations on lunch hour

If I remember correctly, each color swatch is 12 inches high. But where is the bottom (or top - or middle for that matter) of the color swatch in relation to the floor?

From the rules about the Arena

A 4.2 inch diameter post projects vertically from the center of
the hexagonal base. The top of this post is covered by an 8-inch diameter, 24-inch tall, two-color vision target. The vision target is located between 59 and 83 inches above the floor.

As usual, the actual real life trailers may have the target slightly differnent from this...
