Connecting Inventor to Windchill

I have been trying to figure out how to connect Inventor to the web based version of WindChill that we all received. I have searched and searched, and found nothing. The only information I was able to find was a help topic that instructed me to click on the 'tools' menu. I figured this was for the non-web based version of the software.

Has anyone out there been able to connect Inventor to WindChill's CAD Managment section?

Please help!
