Shipping Robot crate within Canada - I.e. to Toronto

As I understand it, the Fedex FIRST donation does not cover any shipping within Canada. Please correct me if I am wrong.

How are other Canadian Teams shipping their crates?

Thanks for your input.

Jeff

Jeff,

For shipments from your home site to your first regional within Canada you have the option of either driving your robot to the drayage site (a bit of a trek from Kingston) or to use an alternate carrier. The shipping company you use needs to provide you with documentation that the robot left your hands prior to the shipping deadline. I've emailed Jonathan Norris with the contact info of a shipping company who has been popular among Canadian teams.
