ok can someone help us out and give us some help on how to connect the large cooling fans?????????

Just wire them up directly to the breaker panel. Use a 20 Amp breaker and the appropriate wiring.

If the application for which you are using this fan requires operator control, you can accomplish that by using a Spike Relay. Otherwise, there are no requirements in the rule that there be any "switching."
