so we are unable to debug the software, if we atemptt to it locks up into watchdog and we can use it

Re: debugging help
If the user watchdog is being used, it stops I/O when not fed for the specified feed period. This includes breakpoints. If you are on blocks and want the motors and I/O to continue running while at a breakpoint, you can disable the user watchdog.
