PWM cables not fitting

This year our team had an issue where the friction locks for the PWM cables were stuck and there was no way to get them into the Jaguar speed controlers. Eventaully we got so frustrated that we took the ones off our rookie 2008 robot and just used those. I was interested if anyone else had this problem or if it was just the ones that we were given.

Re: PWM cables not fitting

I believe FIRST posted this in the Control System Manual. It was a known issue before they even shipped the control system.

Re: PWM cables not fitting

Well I thought that is what they were called. The little boxes over the male side of the PWM cables which were supposed to slide up so the cables could fit into the jaguars were not sliding up no matter what we did. Eventually we just gave up.
