2009 detroit district

Didn't the detroit regional only have 32 teams? Now the district is at 40 and at the same place. Might be a little harder to find a seat then at kettering.

I could be wrong.

That was my thought as well, unless they using the full gym instead of the 2/3 they have in the past.

If you are refering to the cass tech regional then you may be right. But our main gym can hold most of the school population with no problems. And theres also ample standing room with a good view.

It seems like the Detroit Regional was either 34 or 36 teams and VERY crowded. I'm not sure how they're going to fit 40. Maybe they plan to put at least part of the pits in the auxilary gym since there won't be any crates to store there. That would leave room to try to expand the seating a little bit.
