Net Beans Error Help please

Hello,

My team was trying to send the java from our lap top the the CRIO and nothing it being sent.

Net beans is sending the error "No route to host: connect"

I was wondering if any one else has had this issue and if any one has any advice.

have you installed all the updates and plugins?
