Goal Design

ok so we are attempting to mock-up the goal but we encountered a small problem. The height of the side panels of the goal given in the specs is about 29", but when we look back at the game manual, it says 24". The chains are almost 18" which would fit with the specs' measurements of the side panels' height of 29", leaving us with the specified 11" gap for the ball. Which measurement is the correct one? 24 or 29 inches??

The drawings trump the Manual. See Update #3.

So whatever the drawings and specs say is what the right number is.
