Colour of the Bumpers

Hi guys;

I think the bumpers must be same colour with colour of the team(blue or red). How we will change the colour??

Correct. The rules specify two ways to do so; you must use one. The first is to have a cover of the opposite color; you must make certain that the covers cannot come off during normal match play. The second way is to have a second set of bumpers identical to the first other than color. The applicable rule is <R12>.
