We have try using the cylinders to kick the balls but everytime we try the cylinder releases really slow can any one help us to creat a mechanism using a cylinder that can be fast enoght to kick the ball with power and is fast.

Do you know what the Bore (Circumference of the cylinder) is on your Cylinder, and what its Stroke (How long your Cylinder extends to?) is?

I've elsewhre on the site that you can mechanically latch the cylinder so it will only extand 1/3 of the way. Then cycle the valve to pressurize the cylinder. Once the cylinder is up to pressure, release the latch. This gets around the flow restriction of the valves. Good luck.
