What Parts that aren't in the kit can we use?
can we use any parts we want that aren't in the kit, or are there any limitations?
for example can we use servo valve in our pneumatics system?

The rules
http://usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/...nt.aspx?id=452 talk about that in section 8 The Robot. There are specific rules about what servo valves you can use, they cannot be too big (pipe fitting size and flow rate).
