Where does the .out file go on the cRIO?

We've determined that the .out file isn't actually getting to the cRIO, so we'll need to manualy transfer it for now. Where is it supposed to go on the cRIO?

Also, how can we upload files via ftp?

ftp://10.xx.yy.2/system/startup/FRC_UserProgram.out

With FileZilla, or just use windows explorer
make sure you rename it
