Volunteer Survey
Emcee in Boston just said something like
"Volunteers, go to the FIRST website and fill out the volunteer survey."
Anybody know what and where this is?

I heard the same announcement in Traverse City, Week 1. I have not been able to find the volunteer survey, either.

EDIT: however, the surveymonkey link that Mark posted in 2007 seems to work.
