Where to post project opportunity?

Hi all,

I own half of a small company, and we need some immediate help due to a unexpected absence of our primary Delphi programmer.

Can someone please advise me if there is a specific forum here that I should post this opportunity?

Having said that, there are some brilliant young programmers on many FIRST teams. Trying posting in the Career forum.
