Safety animation contest question--where?

Apologies to the moderators for reposting, but I got no responses for this query in the IT forum. Simple question:

Where do you find the details for the Autodesk safety animation contest? I found last year's. Is it just the same thing again?

Isn't there another animation competition as well?

Any help is adored.

is what you probably found. It's linked to from this season's calendar and from the first link above, so while it hasn't been updated it's probably the same. The 2010 Safety Manual sounds like it isn't going to be updated with any changes.

Question part two: isn't there a different animation contest as well?

There was. I believe that it's now a component of the Autodesk Award, as of last season. Check the Awards section of the manual when it comes out.

Like Eric said, we find out details at Kickoff about the second Animation.
Here is the pertinent section of last year's rules talking about the Autodesk Animation award.

This year, Autodesk is proud to sponsor the Award for Excellence in Design – with two separate categories in this single Award. Category One will involve 3D Design; and Category Two will involve Animation.

Products are available for free*, along with learning materials and tech support, when you join www.autodesk.com/first However, if you enter in Category One your entry MUST include use of at least Autodesk Inventor Professional 2010.
