getSpeed() returns 0.0

Hi, we are using Java and were able to get can working, however a call to getSpeed() always returns to 0.0 . I noticed that it said returns the speed based on the feedback configurations, but how do I set this configuration?

Re: getSpeed() returns 0.0

You need to set the encoder lines and the encoder reference. You may also need to enable the Jaguar.

What mode are you in?
