There are no VEX parts listed in <R92>. Furthermore, two people asked Q&A this same question and were told "No".

I would like to see VEX parts be legal, but they aren't.

No rule would prohibit this, as long as the Vex part in question satisfies all other rules.

For example, the Vex Ultrasonic Sensor is a very handy little thing.
