What is NASA reffering to by an Equivalent Document?
I'm on a second year team that got a NASA grant. As part of the contract we are supposed to supply a
"Provide NASA with a copy of the team's Chairman's Award Submission or an equivalent document" What would an equivalent document be?

If for example you were a rookie team you would not be eligible for Chairman's and you would submit something to NASA similar to the Chairman's award entry.

Basically you need to to the Chairman's submission as though you were a veteran team. You will not be doing oral presentation or anything like that. You will not be eligible to win the award. Just pretend that you are.
Do the written submission process and submit via STIMS.
