Threaded shafts

Are there any websites other than AndyMark and McMaster-Carr that sell threaded shaft extensions? I'm not sure AndyMark even sells them, and McMaster-Carr doesn't sell the size we need. Any ideas?

Try Small Drive Proucts. Also look at MSC.

Re: Threaded shafts

I just tried both, but grainger seems so overwhelming when I'm working on my own. I'll try again tomorrow when my mentor is actually here to help. The second one doesn't seem to actually sell anyhing, and even if they did, they do not seem to have the type we need. Thanks for the suggestions though
We're looking for a way to extend the output shafts on the CIMple boxes, which would require a 1/4-20 threaded end, and a 1/2" diameter for the shaft.

Re: Threaded shafts

Dang, if I had known that's what you were looking for!

We needed a 7 in shaft for the CIMple box (I assume you are talking about the shaft that goes through the wheel). Since Andy Mark doesn't make one we ordered the Long T-Box Shaft and then had the head machined to match the shorter shaft that came in the KoP. Does that help?

Re: Threaded shafts

It very well might! Thank you so much! I'll check with my mentor and see if that is possible.
