This has been asked on CD multiple times. It's been asked to Q&A multiple times. The answer has always been the same:

You can bring it or ship it, however you want to do it, and it won't count against your Withholding Allowance if you bring it.

yup. Chief Delphi needs to add something like Yahoo Answers has where while you're typing your question, it suggest a question thats already been posted, or in this case threads, that are similar to your question/thread topic.
