Connecting to the cRIO with windriver

So we are trying to get our cRIO connected to the computer that we are developing on. So far we have set our IP address to the right IP (10.29.45.6) but we are still running into issues. We keep getting errors and are not able to connect. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Re: Connecting to the cRIO with windriver

Same here, I try to deploy the code but a loading bar never appears and it doesn't get downloaded onto the cRIO, I don't know what to do.

Sincerely,Team 3226

Re: Connecting to the cRIO with windriver

Have you imaged your CRIO successfully? If so, try to ping the CRIO from the laptop at 10.29.2.

If you are tethered to port 1 on the crio, try turning off the wireless on the laptop (if its on).

If wireless, make sure the laptop is on the right wireless network, which should be your team number.

So we can ping it and we have no wireless so that is not an issue. Attached are the errors we keep getting.

Re: Connecting to the cRIO with windriver

Problem solved! We had to set the kernel image file path to C:\WindRiver\WPILib\vxWorks for the connection to work.
