So I tried dialing AndyMark Inc. toll free number and it didn't work
so I was wondering if there is another phone number we could
call them with. Help Please...Thank you

Where did you find the toll-free number? AndyMark's Contact Us page has a regular phone number (and a fax number) along with the toll free one.
