Wireless network

We are trying to set up D-link 1522. Is it true that this year Classmate (driver station) will talk directly to D-link 1522 (which locates on robot), instead of having another router sitting with Classmate, like what we had last year? If that's true, I just wonder what is the "default gateway", whose IP address is 10.xx.xx.4, which we are putting in when setting up D-link 1522?

Re: Wireless network

The default gateway isn't used at home, so you can leave that field blank or put whatever you want in there.

At a competition it will be the Field router, but the gateway address will get set automatically for you by a special kiosk FIRST will have setup.
