What is the closest the robot can be to the hangers to hang the ubertubes?

Re: Rules
There isn't a rule regarding how close you can get to the pegs, so as close as you want. The only limit on the ubertubes is that you can't hang them after auto.

Re: Rules
Make sure you don't get too close, shoot up to place the ubertube, and break off a peg.

You can get as close as you want. It all depends on your robot design. If you're shooting the ubertube somehow, use trigonometry to figure it out, otherwise if you're using an arm of some sort, figure out how the piece hangs then calculate how high and how far you need to go to place it. I'd be more specific, but I don't know how you plan to place the pieces. Good luck, though! ![]() |

Re: Rules
Close enough to hang the tube but not so close that you scare the rest of your alliance.

Re: Rules
Or join them in the player station! Robots make lousy coaches, they just make a lot of noise and flail around. And they refuse to wear safety glasses.

Re: Rules
Or, to be technically correct, "Make sure you don't get too close, shoot up to place the ubertube, and break off a piece of your robot."

Re: Rules
If you hear a crash, snap, crunch, grind, rip, or tear you've gone to far
! Otherwise, don't worry about it. |
