[FTC]: minibot pole travel
does anyone have an "interesting" method of climbing the pole with their minibot?
Our minibot (nicknamed "Chippy") has 2 direct-drive wheels and 2 free-wheels. To climb the pole, Chippy is angled so the direct-drive can pull itself onto the pole and stay on. Right now the direct-drive is on the top half of Chippy (will be changed so one of direct-drive wheels is on the bottom half of the bot. P.S. It IS named after Chippy from Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2270/...5ff960.jpg?v=0 Last edited by ABRAXAS : 12-02-2011 at 17:07. |

Re: [FTC]: minibot pole travel
You'll likely have more hope of getting a response if you post back in the FRC forums. Most people around here aren't building mini-bots. (Excepting the dedicated souls who are doing FTC and FRC...)
