Team 1100 Progress
We decided to go with a 6 wheel drivetrain this year. We haven't done this at all in the past, the closest we did was a teeter drivetrain back in 08'.
So here it is: ![]() ![]() We've been working on our arm/lifter idea. We decided to go with similar designs we did in the past with custom machined tooth plates and #25 chain running inside 80x20 The gripper pushes out and holds tubes from the inside. ![]() |

Drive train looks SOLID! Is that 3/8" plate you're using for the outer plates?

Yeah the drivetrain is solid! it's a little heavy we're in at 40lb with all that super structure. we've got a 15lb arm and a 20 pound lifter so we're adding weight real fast. |
