Driver station Digital I/O

Hey, Our team is having trouble seeing if our Driverstation is getting any outputs from our line sensors. Physically and electrically the line snesors are fine, but on the Driver Station we are not getting anything.

We are trying to see if this is an issue with either just our coding, or if its an issue with a driver station, seeing as our error message box is not working also (print.out statements will not show up)

Any help will be appreciated, especially if there is some sort of generic code out there that we can test to see if it is our driver station, and if other teams (which is you guys!) have tested it or are also having this problem.
