Crate Size question

So, How picky are they about crate size? They say it must have NO GREATER THAN a 4'x4' footprint. If I use 1/2" thick plywood, then my footprint will be 4'x4'1" if I don't cut the plywood. Is this acceptable or worth taking the risk?

I'm going to go with: "cut it".

not sure if they are picky or not, I don't think they will measure it, but all the shipping is donated, and we treat it like we would any other sponsor: follow their rules in order to make their life as easy as possible!

The crates are sized to that footprint so the crates can fit into the trailer to transport easily. Stick to the size and weight restrictions as noted in the Game Manual, or your team can be penalized financially.
